1. Program description

This SMS program is operated by Briovela LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Briovela”). Messages are transactional: appointment reminders, schedule changes, and billing notices sent by Briovela on behalf of the business named on the opt-in form. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

Messages are sent from 1-855-598-VELA. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 or older.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per month), depending on appointments and invoices for the named business.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Briovela does not charge a separate fee for these texts.

4. How to opt in

Opt in on the hosted form at https://www.briovela.com/sms-opt-in. The consent checkbox is unchecked until you select it. We keep an append-only record of your phone number, the exact consent language and version, the page URL, your IP address, user-agent, and the UTC time of the grant.

5. HELP and STOP

  • STOP. Reply STOP to the number that texted you to cancel. After STOP you will receive no further program messages. Opt-out does not delete the original consent record; we append a STOP event.
  • HELP. Reply HELP for help, or email team@briovela.com.
  • Supported keywords include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, HELP, INFO, START, YES, and UNSTOP.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible carriers include the major US wireless providers; message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network.

7. Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging platform we use solely to deliver messages to you.
