SMS Terms

1. Program description

This SMS program is Briovela LLC, an Arizona limited liability company’s customer support line (“Briovela”). Briovela texts people who have, or are applying for, a Briovela account about that account: support conversations, scheduling onboarding or setup calls, and questions about their Briovela subscription or invoices. Messages are sent from 1-855-591-VELA. This is not a marketing program, and Briovela does not use it to send messages on behalf of any other business.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 or older.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per month), depending on your support conversations with Briovela.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Briovela does not charge a separate fee for these texts.

4. How to opt in

Opt in on the hosted form at https://www.briovela.com/sms-opt-in. The consent checkbox is unchecked until you select it. We keep an append-only record of your phone number, the exact consent language and version, the page URL, your IP address, user-agent, and the UTC time of the grant.

5. HELP and STOP

• STOP. Reply STOP to the number that texted you to cancel. After STOP you will receive no further program messages. Opt-out does not delete the original consent record; we append a STOP event.
• HELP. Reply HELP for help, email team@briovela.com, or text 1-855-591-VELA.
• Supported keywords include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, HELP, INFO, START, YES, and UNSTOP.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible carriers include the major US wireless providers; message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network.

7. Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging platform we use solely to deliver messages to you.
