Reliability tiers, honestly
Briovela has three reliability tiers. R1 is Free: single-region primary plus standby, point-in-time recovery, active-active application. R2 is every paid plan: pooled multi-region distributed SQL, write-anywhere, RPO zero. R3 is a dedicated or bring-your-own cluster for residency, isolation, or scale — same data posture as R2, physically separate. We do not sell “enterprise active-active” as a surprise add-on on Launch. Paid means R2. That is the honesty rule.

The upgrade is not a moving truck
Moving Free to paid is a zone and metadata operation on the data tier, not an export/import of the CRM. That is the point of keeping both postures behind one connection resolver.
What we will not print
We will not put a dollar amount on this page. Pricing lives on the product and (when it ships) the pricing route. Reliability claims stay tied to R1, R2, and R3.
FAQ
Questions this page answers
- Is true active-active only on the top tier?
- No. Every paid plan is R2. R3 is for tenants who need a dedicated or BYO cluster, not for the write-anywhere claim itself.
- Can Free claim active-active?
- Free may claim active-active application and high availability. It must not claim write-anywhere or RPO-zero data.
